PropTech Reviewed is an independent directory and review site for AI tools used by UAE real estate agents. We review, test, and rank tools across ten categories — from virtual staging and CRM software to listing copywriting and document automation.
Every tool in our directory is assessed specifically for UAE workflows: Arabic language support, compatibility with Bayut and Property Finder, AED billing availability, and alignment with RERA requirements. We do not publish reviews of tools that have not been evaluated against UAE-specific criteria.
The PropTech Reviewed team signs up for each tool using a standard UAE agent workflow. We test key features over a minimum of two weeks, document our findings, and assign scores across five criteria: Ease of Use, UAE Compatibility, Value for Money, Output Quality, and Support.
