How we make money

PropTech Reviewed earns affiliate commissions when you click links on our site and make a purchase or sign up for a paid subscription. These are called affiliate or referral links. We mark them with "Affiliate link" where they appear inline, and with a disclosure bar on all tool and category pages.

Some tools on our site also offer commission through their affiliate programmes. Where a tool has an active affiliate programme, we participate in it. Where it does not, we link to the tool directly with no commission arrangement.

What this does NOT affect

• Our star ratings — these are based solely on our testing criteria
• Our ranking of tools within a category — ranked by rating, not by commission rate
• Whether a tool is included in our directory — we include tools based on relevance, not commercial relationship
• The content of our reviews — vendors have no approval or editorial input

Which links earn commission?

Links through /go/[slug]/ on this site are affiliate redirect links that may earn PropTech Reviewed a commission. Direct links to tool homepages where we have no affiliate arrangement are not affiliate links. We do not mark non-affiliate links as affiliate links.

Disclosure & independence

PropTech Reviewed operates in compliance with UAE consumer protection law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). The existence of an affiliate arrangement has no bearing on our ratings, rankings, or editorial content — these are governed solely by our own testing and assessment criteria, as described above.
