Our take

DotLoop is a solid US transaction management tool, but its MLS foundation leaves nothing for UAE workflows.

DotLoop's 50% market share of US real estate transactions speaks to genuine product quality and deep market penetration. The free plan (10 transactions) and $31.99/month Premium are reasonable price points for US agents. For UAE agents, DotLoop is a non-starter: the platform's core value lies in MLS and state Association forms that do not exist in the UAE market. There is no equivalent for SPA, MOU, or RERA-regulated documentation, and no Bayut or Property Finder integration.

Our verdict

G2 reviewers (4.2/5 from 173 reviews) appreciate the simplicity of document coordination and the high retention rate reflects genuine stickiness in the US market. The mobile app navigation is a consistent complaint for field agents.
