Our take

Luxury Presence sets the visual standard for real estate websites, but US-only IDX and premium pricing exclude most UAE agents.

If budget is unlimited and the target market is US luxury residential, Luxury Presence is likely the best website platform available. The design quality, AI Copilot features, and CMA tools are genuinely impressive. The problems for UAE agents are fundamental: IDX (the US MLS listing feed) is the platform's backbone, and it simply doesn't apply in the UAE. There's no Bayut or Property Finder integration, no Arabic language support, and no UAE market data. Add mandatory setup fees of $3,500–$5,000 on top of $300–$1,500/month, and the business case for a UAE agent is essentially zero.
