Rex Software Review: AI CRM for UAE Real Estate Agencies

Our take

The leading AUS/NZ property CRM — but built for a completely different market.

Rex is an excellent CRM for its target market. The mobile-first design is particularly impressive and the customer success reputation is strong. But for UAE real estate, it offers nothing: no UAE portal integration, no RERA workflows, no Arabic support, and a support team operating in an entirely different timezone. UAE agents should look at PropSpace or BeHomes instead.

Our verdict

Rex has zero reviews on G2 and only 3 reviews on Capterra — all 5.0/5 but statistically meaningless. Sentiment score capped at 3.5 per editorial rules for under-10 reviews. The product quality is validated by its 2,500+ agency client base and industry reputation in Australia, rather than review platform data.
